In this special History Café edition, join Tompkins County Historian Carol Kammen, along with the Deputy Newfield Historian Rosemary Rowland, and City Historian Mary L. White, as they talk about the role of Civil War nurses, to give a flavor of what they did and why it was extraordinary for the times, linking these women with our local history, the history of the profession of nursing and the TC3 Scholarship/Endowment effort.
