In this special History Café edition, join Tompkins
County Historian Carol Kammen, along with the Deputy Newfield Historian
Rosemary Rowland, and City Historian Mary L. White, as they talk
about the role of Civil War nurses, to give a flavor of what they
did and why it was extraordinary for the times, linking these women
with our local history, the history of the profession of nursing
and the TC3 Scholarship/Endowment effort.
