Silo Saga: Rolling Acres by Florence J. Henry

“This factual narrative of the years 1943-1967 at the farm known as “Rolling Acres,” located at Slaterville Springs, New York, ten miles from Ithaca and Cornell University, represents the daily living of two novices at dairy farming - Alton T. Henry and his wife Florence J. Henry.

I started the memoirs in February 1968 and finished February 1969. Written at East Greenville, Pennsylvania, in the apartment to which we had moved after disposing of our farm property and operation. - FJH”
